Roofing / Scaffolding Supervisor required for large housing maintenance specialist with work covering West London postcodes. Ideal roofing supervisor must have experience of managing subcontractors through to completion within deadlines and ideally hold current scaffolding inspection qualifications.The role is half office and half site based so roofing supervisors will also need to have some PC skills to work with email, MS excel and word software packages. The roofing work being completed is all on a large social housing maintenance contract covering NW,W and SW London postcodes. This large organisation is growing at a steady but sustainable rate and already has 6 other contracts in and around the M25 for other housing associations and councils.
