Carpenter/Multi Trader
Based in Dagenham
£34,000 per annum (pro rata)
Temporary ongoing contract
Mon-Fri, 40 hours/week
Our Client, a large social housing maintenance company, require a Carpenter/Multi Trader to work on their contract in Dagenham, completing core carpentry works along with other multi-skilled trades including plastering, tiling, minor plumbing, low level fencing & general maintenance. As a Carpenter/Multi Trader, you will undertake repairs & maintenance work in occupied and/or void properties via a PDA/handset system, ensuring appointments made are met and completed right first time.You will need to have experience as a Carpenter/Multi Trader within the housing industry for this role, along with relevant qualifications/certificates (CSCS card etc.).
