FM Contracts Manager
Location; London
Salary; £60,000- £64,000 plus Car or Car Allowance plus Bonus

Working for a large and well established Facilities Maintenance company, we are looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager to come onboard their highly security sensitive contract based in London and surrounding areas
Contracts Manager will be desired to have a Hard services background, coming from an engineer's/ degree qualified background in electrical, mechanical, air conditioning, HVAC etc.
Main focus will be that the Contracts Manager will display specialities in the following areas -
- The co-ordination of a workforce to cover the contract effectively
- Critical compliance of M & E Delivery
- Strong commercial knowledge of P & L
- Ensuring the contract complies to the Kpi's in place
- Achieve financial budget targets set by the Account Director
- Manage small project work
- Good level of customer service will be required
- Generation of additional works within the contracts
Due to the nature of the contract requirements, you will also be required to go through a level of security clearance.
