Maintenance Electrician
Location; Cambridge
Hours; Full-Time, Monday - Friday + Call out Rota
Vehicle provided for travel to sites - ONLY
Salary; £30,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Recruiting on behalf of a Multi-National established Facilities Management company on a newly mobilised contract based in Cambridge.
The Electricians role will be carrying out PPM / reactive tasks on electrical equipment as well as Fault find, replacement & upgrade works
Duties for the Electrician
- Carry out routine pre planned & reactive maintenance for example fire alarm testing etc
- Physical fault finding as required
- Carry out modifications and installations as and when required.
- Complete any required paperwork and reports accurately and on a timely basis.
- Check and inspection of electrical equipment (knowledge of AHU'S, FCU'S etc)
Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Apprenticeship
- 17th/18th Edition
- Test and inspect - desirable
- Previous experience in commercial settings
