Electrical Craftsperson
Location; Durham
Temp to Perm
Salary; £30,500
Monday - Friday - 37.5 hrs (08:00- 16:00)
Driving licence would be required due to the call out rota
Urgently looking for an experienced Commercial Electrician to deliver a highly professional, customer focused service for our FM Provider across a fast-paced medical site in Durham.
Duties
- PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) work will primarily focus on but not limited to the following types of works: Emergency lighting tests, tap temperatures, distribution board inspection, occasional work with FCU maintenance and air handling units
- Physical fault finding as required
- To undertake electrical maintenance, repairs and installations as required
- Working with Door access, security, and fire alarm systems
- Working with standby generators and associated equipment.
Criteria
· NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Apprenticeship
- 17th/18th Edition Wiring regs.
The successful candidate will be required to go through a level of security clearance.
