Exciting new role working for a reputable Facilities Management company, supporting the HR Business Partner in the TUPE in and out process, including carrying out 1-2-1's, consultations with union presence, mobilisation and transitioning into business as usual. You will work on sites across the London and surrounding areas, ensuring a highly professional generalist HR service.
Responsibilities
This senior role will be key in supporting the operation of the business by providing an effective and professional HR service covering the full generalist remit, including; Employee Relations, performance & attendance management, disciplinary and grievances, redundancy, recruitment, change management, employee development, and support for HR project delivery with a client based of approx. 700 employees.
Candidates ideally will be CIPD qualified and will have proven experience within a similar role.
