Voids Inspector - MOBILE
Locations covering - London/ Kent (with the M25 + Kent)
Contract/ Perm opportunities
Monday - Friday - 40 hrs per week
Hourly rate £15.38 - £16.83 per hour

We are recruiting for a Maintenance Inspector to be based local to London to manage the London/ Kent and surrounding areas. This role is to be a part of the housing response contract;
Duties but not limited to;
- Inspect and Survey Voids housing stock.
- Create/ Raise work for internal staff and contractors
- Use Schedule of rates and agreed value to create specifications for contractors and quoted works for subcontractors.
- Control the costs of such items as work hours, equipment, vehicles, stock and tools, thus minimising wastage and avoidable expenditure
Requirements
- Experience within a housing management environment
- Knowledge of schedule of rates
- Driving Licence
- Relevant H&S Certificates/ SSTS, IOSH
Due to the nature of the contract requirements, you will be required to go through a high level of security clearance and offer of employment is dependent upon your clearance.
