Night shift Call Handler
Fixed term - 12 months
Location; Newcastle upon Tyne (Long Benton )
Salary up to £20,000 with additional 10% Uplift
7 on 7 off / 3 shifts on 4 on and then 4 on 3 off
Looking for a Night shift Maintenance Call Advisor to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance company based in Newcastle upon Tyne.
Duties for the Call Advisor may include;
- Provide a high level of customer service dealing with any queries or concerns.
- Booking in Maintenance works
- Speaking to engineers or subcontractors
- Ensuring work orders are completed within SLA
- Raising purchase orders / running reports
- Responding to queries via shared mailbox and telephone
- Monitor portal to ensure jobs are dispatched efficiently
- Monitor shared inbox to ensure we are meeting contract expectations in dispatching jobs efficiently
- Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures, across all functions.
- Contribute to reducing levels of customer complaints.
- Ensuring all documents are up to date and compliant inline with our audit schedule.
