Finance Admin Assistant
Location Solihull
Contract - 6 Months
Hours of work 37.5 hrs per week 0900-1700 or 0800-1600
Initial in office training with ability of WFH 2 days per week
Hourly rate £9.74 - £10.00 per hour
The Ideal candidate will be overseeing all commercial and finance aspects of facilities management service delivery. manage the flow of chargeable works, ensure commercial principles are followed in line with the commercial contract, and support management in the achievement of business targets.
Responsibilities;
- Review chargeable works quotations for completeness and accuracy
- Ensure that quotations are contractually compliant
- Complete work order status reporting
- Management of the recovery of all chargeable works
- Manage all supplier accreditations and deactivations
- Purchase order administration, including raising/approving of purchase orders
- Monitor purchase order processes
- Support month end accounting process
Candidates must have intermediate to advanced skills on computer systems,
