Sales Lead Generator
Location: Harrow on Hill
Salary: £21,000 £26,000 per annum PLUS uncapped commission
Hours: Monday - Friday
Date: Start ASAP
Working for a rapidly growing service provider for the Freight Exchange within a successful sales team, urgently looking for a driven and determined Sales Lead generator to reach out and build new Business relationships with new potential clients
Role duties but not limited to;
- Ensuring that targets are met, and exceeded
- Achieve activity targets
- Have engaging, commercial conversations in order to produce prospects on a daily basis
- Use CRM software to record relevant information
- Manage a personal pipeline of data in a timely manner
- Manage workload to achieve personal and team productivity target
Candidates must be able to demonstrate:
- At least 1-year experience within sales
- Talented and confident
- Extremely ambitious
- Strong work ethic with passion to achieve targets
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Flexibility with the ability to work under pressure
- Self-starter with the ability to make a difference through strong communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and diary management
- Confident on the phone
