Building Maintenance Supervisor
Location- Brighton- Falmer
Salary up to £30,000 per annum
Monday to Friday- 40 hrs
Permanent contract
Brighton based portfolio looking for a newly appointed Building Maintenance Supervisor to manage a small Maintenance team.
You will be required to oversee works, Carry out Audits, Delegate Tasks and provide expertise and mentoring to Team members.
Working closely with the helpdesk to react to critical issues and ensure the team are meeting KPI'S.
