Day Shift Customer Service Advisors
Temp to Perm

Location - Stratford
Hourly rate £12.00 Per Hour
Shift Pattern 4 on 4 off rotation - 7am to 7pm

Looking for Customer Service Advisors to work on a 4 on 4 off day shift basis.

Day Shift Customer Service Advisors will be responsible for taking calls & finding out information needed to ensure a smooth and efficient schedule. As well as assisting with organising and coordinating.

Duties may include;

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Dealing with queries and complaints quickly and efficiently
  • Assisting with reports and invoices when required
  • Chasing quotes and other admin duties
  • Ensuring any relevant calls are transferred to the relevant department/team
  • Logging jobs and allocating work to engineers
  • Logging notes to internal systems

The ideal candidate

  • Confident in giving great customer service
  • A keen eye for detail and organisation
  • Calm in a faced paced environment
  • A background in customer service would be beneficial
