Shift Maintenance Helpdesk Operatives
Temp to Perm
Location - Stratford
Hourly rate up to £12.00 Per Hour
Shift Pattern 4 on 4 off rotation - 7am to 7pmLooking for Shift Maintenance Helpdesk Operatives to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance company based in Stratford.
The Shift Maintenance Helpdesk Operatives will be responsible for the planning, coordinating and dispatching of Reactive Works, Raising Purchase Orders, completing work orders and adding log notes.
Duties for the Night Shift Maintenance Helpdesk Operatives may include;
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Dealing with queries and complaints quickly and efficiently
- Dealing with Invoices/ Raising purchase orders
- Preparing and submitting quotations and distributing reports.
- Chase quotes and input timesheets on a weekly basis.
- Ensuring any relevant calls are transferred to the relevant department/team
- Logging jobs and allocating work to engineers
- Logging notes to internal systems
- Generic administration duties
