Accounts Administrator
Location Bristol ( Bradley Stoke/ Almondsbury area)
Monday - Friday
Permanent
Up to £24,000 per Annum
The candidate will be assisting with finance & accounts for all aspects of the client. Assisting with invoices & keeping records up to date and correct to help meet the business targets on a fast paced contract.
Responsibilities;
- Review chargeable works quotations for completeness and accuracy
- Ensure that quotations are contractually compliant
- Complete work order status reporting
- Management of the recovery of all chargeable works
- Manage all supplier accreditations and deactivations
- Purchase order administration, including raising/approving of purchase orders
- Monitor purchase order processes
- Support month end accounting process
- Ideal candidate will have knowledge of Excel and Microsoft programmes
- A background in an accounts/admin environment ideally in invoicing/ purchases.
- Candidates must have a high level of attention to detail as the information inputted will be vital for the contract
