Scheduling Team Leader

Start date: ASAP

Location: Solihull

Salary: up to £27,000 per annum

Temp to perm

Working for a leading and multi-national facilities management, we have an exciting opportunity for a Scheduling Team Leader to be responsible for the day to day running of the service delivery team.

Your duties:

  • To provide effective people and team management to exceed targets and expectations
  • To manage, lead and develop the team to meet the requirements of their role
  • To work to the management structure in order to provide efficient and effective service
  • Identify opportunities for improvement to service delivery and initiating changes to benefit customers and clients
  • Monitor daily performance of the team, providing feedback and implementing coaching and performance measures as required
  • Taking ownership of queries and escalations to their end resolution.
