Salary: up to £27,000 per annum

Working for a leading and multi-national facilities management, we have an exciting opportunity for a Scheduling Team Leader to be responsible for the day to day running of the service delivery team.
Your duties:
- To provide effective people and team management to exceed targets and expectations
- To manage, lead and develop the team to meet the requirements of their role
- To work to the management structure in order to provide efficient and effective service
- Identify opportunities for improvement to service delivery and initiating changes to benefit customers and clients
- Monitor daily performance of the team, providing feedback and implementing coaching and performance measures as required
- Taking ownership of queries and escalations to their end resolution.
