Mobile Multi Skilled Gas Engineer
Up to £30,000- 35,000 + possible Bonuses
Permanent
Locations – Cumbria and surrounding areas
Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer required for well-established Facilities Management company with a wide range of high-profile clients in the Cumbria and surrounding areas.
Main responsibilities for the Mobile Gas Engineer;
- Provide a reactive and pro-active maintenance service within commercial properties,
- Provide a multi-skilled maintenance service, which covers electrical and mechanical disciplines,
- Carry out modifications and installations when required,
- Liaise with contractors or external suppliers where required and clearly communicate technical issues,
- Conduct any additional maintenance tasks as requested by senior management.
This client likes to promote from within and invest in training their own staff.
Requirements;
- NVQ Level 3 in Heating/Ventilation/Maintenance
- COCN1 OR CODNCO1 (domestic to commercial changeover)- Essential
- CORT1, TPCP1A, CIGA1, CDGA1, ICPN1- Desirable
The successful candidate will be required to go through a level of security clearance.
