Part Time Receptionist/Administrator
Temp to Perm
£9.50 per hour
Monday – Friday 12.30-17-30
We are actively searching for a Receptionist/ Administrator working for a leading facilities management company
Your duties may include but not limited to:
- Meet and greet Clients and visitors
- Handle day-to-day running of front of house
- Perform reception duties in and efficient, professional and courteous manner.
- Answer switchboard, transfer calls and take message as instructed.
- Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing between customers /suppliers /visitors /enquiries and relevant staff, and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests over the phone or in person, and to verbal or written instructions.
- Prepare meeting rooms and service of refreshments.
- Keep the reception and all common areas/rooms clean and tidy at all times.
- Handle all general filing, word processing, delivery notes and purchase orders and any other administration.
- Assist with helpdesk when needed such as allocate/ monitor jobs for engineers etc as well as keeping system up to date.
