Maintenance Administrator

Location: Havant

Hourly rate £9.75 (salary £20,280 per annum)

Monday - Friday 0800am – 1700pm

 

Looking for a Maintenance Administrator to work for an independent firm based in Havant on an exciting fast paced contract within the public sector

 

Duties for the Maintenance Administrator may include;

  • Assisting the accounts team with running of weekly reports
  • Working closely with management in regards to authorisation of payments & products
  • Assisting with maintaining current company logs
  • Processing of invoices
  • Providing administrative support including word processing, filing, telephone answering, taking messages & photocopying.
  • Assisting engineers and inputting correct details of the requirements onto the computer system to ensure on time delivery.

 

The Ideal Candidate will have;

  • Excellent organisational & administrative skills.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel & Outlook.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy at all times.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritising workload and meeting strict deadlines.
