Weekend Maintenance Call Handler
Location; Southwark
Salary; Hourly rate from £11.00- £12.00 per hour
To start ASAP
Hours 7AM TILL 19PM
Urgently looking for Weekend Maintenance Call Handler to work Saturday and Sundays on a long term high profile contract
Assisting on various contracts across London working as a Weekend Maintenance Call Handler dealing with various different clients on their Maintenance Helpdesks,
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Dealing with queries and complaints quickly and efficiently
- Dealing with Invoices/ Raising purchase orders
- Generic administration duties
- Preparing and submitting quotations and distributing reports.
- Liaising with subcontractor and engineers
- Provide advice on queries/helpdesk referrals.
- Collate operations data as directed by managers.
- Compiling and sending out technician reports via email/PDA.
- Provide service to internal and external clients.
- Ensuring any relevant calls are transferred to the relevant department/team
- Logging jobs and allocating work to engineers
