Plumber / Multi-Trader
29-31k + Van

We are looking for a experienced plumbers who can also carry out 1 or 2 other trades like carpentry, tiling and plastering. This large maintenance contract is based in an office in Dagenham for a large national maintenance specialist with the role covering areas such as Stratford, Plaistow, Tower Hamlets and Barking. The client looks after the repairs and maintenance in social housing properties and they currently work from a PDA system with 5-8 jobs sent through daily.

90% of the works would be plumbing with all the works being reactive.
