Experienced Book-keeper / HR Manager required for rapidly expanding independent property maintenance specialist. The ideal candidate for this role must be experienced as a book-keeper but also up to date on the latest online and digital platforms. The client will soon be looking to implement Xero software, so previous use or a good understanding of this would be very beneficial. In addition to the book-keeper duties they also need this person to be able to double up as the HR manager ideally CIPD qualified to oversee Holiday Rotas, Allowances, Payroll, Sickness and absenteeism, disciplinary procedures, bank reconciliations and late payments.
The company is currently around 30 people but is looking to expand due to steady growth and needs a self motivated and hard working individual that will thrive in a small but dynamic team environment.
Candidates must have demonstrable experience in both book-keeping and HR backgrounds.
