33k + Van + Benefits
We have an excellent opportunity for an Electrician who is needed to work full-time on a social housing contract based in Islington. The contract covers housing repairs and maintenance, so experience in this field is essential. Weekly hours are 8am - 5pm.
Main duties will include:
Domestic repairs and maintenance on social housing properties
Going in and making properties safe so that maintenance can be booked in
Diagnosing electrical repairs
Fixing small and minor electrical faults
17th Edition and testing for 2391 or 2394/95 qualifications and full driving Licence are essential requirements for this role.
