Call Handler required to join a busy but established team receiving inbound calls from tenants with housing maintenance requirements. The client are a large housing maintenance company who have recently seen rapid growth.
The ideal Call Handler will have experience in some type of maintenance company or be able to get through calls quickly to identify the issue and allocate them to the right department depending on what type of repair is required.
