Multi trade repairs supervisor required for large housing maintenance specialist to oversee work completed by multi traders on a contract with over 10,000 properties all in a small area near Basildon and Wickford. The role is split equally between office and field based and will mainly involve surveying jobs, supervising and supporting the existing trades and training new members of staff. This is a large organisation that has experienced rapid growth in the south east of England over the last couple of years. They are currently looking for experienced housing maintenance supervisors that understand the day to day work completed by their trades operatives and also have IT skills and an understanding of how the business and operations of the office works
