Commercial Maintenance Electrician
Location- South East London, Lewisham
Ongoing longterm contract
Monday to Friday- 40 hours per week
Salary- £30,000 - £35,000 dependant on Experience

Working for a Leading facilities maintenance company on their up and coming Local Authority Contract as a Commercial Electrician on site, we are looking for an experienced Commercial Maintenance Electrician to join their busy team
The Commercial Maintenance Electrician will be Carrying out PPM / reactive tasks and small electrical installations.
Main Responsibilities for the Commercial Maintenance Electrician
- Able to prioritisation tasks from PPM's and Helpdesk Requests, Reacting to breakdowns and changing priorities
- Delivery of planned, routine & reactive maintenance to all building plant, equipment and systems
- Test and Inspection of BMS Systems - fault diagnosis
- Ability to stay calm during major incidents and relay accurate information to the site supervisor
- Understanding the operational requirements of a large estate
- Able update jobs on a computer based system and react to breakdowns and changing priorities
Candidates must have experience in the building services plus City & Guilds qualifications in electrical / 17th edition, and inspect and test 2391
