Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer Plumbing Bias
Location - Sussex
Monday to Friday - 40 hours + (on call rota)
Salary up to £37,000
Temp to Permanent
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer with a plumbing bias working on a contract based within Sussex, Handling all maintenance issues on Commercial plant equipment within commercial environments.
Duties as the Multi Skilled Engineer will include (not limited to):
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of M&E building services including Boilers, Heating and LT Hot water/ Cold water systems, Plumbing and drainage.
- Working towards PPM and reactive jobs directed by the helpdesk
- Reporting all faults, servicing and maintenance tasks
- Handling mechanical plant equipment within commercial properties
- Maintain, install, and operate, mechanical equipment in line with operational requirements of the sites within the site; this includes but not limited to: Pumps, AHU's, Plumbing Systems, Water Treatment Systems, Pressurisation Units, Heat Exchangers and Calorifiers
- A good understanding of L8 and water systems
Knowledge skills & experience
- Time Served C&G Indentured Apprenticeship / NVQ level 3 Plumbing
- Experience in the Industry
- Commercial background is desirable
Suitable training and up-skilling - May be given, as and when required
