Location - Telford
Adhoc - Temp - 0 hour Contract
Up to £10 per hour
Monday - Friday
We are actively searching for Post Room Support Operatives to work with a leading Facilities maintenance company.
The ideal candidates will have a can-do attitude with an organised nature and be confident in multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Your duties may include but not limited to:
- Assisting with mail, this includes sorting into correct locations/ ensuring mail is logged onto the system, making sure all mail is allocated within set time frames
- Preparing and scanning items/batches with a keen eye for detail
- Updating records
- Assist/organise documentation/ mail when required
- Adding all correct details onto software as and when required
- Organising/ completing adhoc/high priority jobs within set times advised
