Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer
Location- Hampshire & the surrounding areas - VAN PROVIDED
Monday to Friday - 40 hours
Salary up to £37,000
Temp to Permanent
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer working on a contract based within Hampshire, Handling all maintenance issues within commercial environments.
Duties as the Multi Skilled Engineer will include:
- Fault find and carry out repairs on all mechanical / electrical systems and HVAC equipment
- Check and inspection of electrical/mechanical building plant equipment (chillers, AHU, HVAC, FCU, cooling towers, boilers etc..)
- Respond to re-active works.
- Carry out routine pre planned & reactive maintenance for example L8 water tap temp, fire alarm testing etc
- Basis handyman skills
- Knowledge of Valves, pumps and HVAC equipment.
Desirable
- Certified in 17th/ 18th edition
- Must be able to read and work to mechanical and electrical schematic drawings.
- Minimum Electrical/Mechanical engineer qualifications to NVQ level 2
- Basic plumbing skills required
