Customer Services and Sales Support
West Byfleet
Permanent
Part time £10,670 Annually
We are looking for a Customer Service Sales Support to join the team with a manufacturer based in West Byfleet.
The role would consist of:
- Order Processing
- Chasing production orders
- Keeping customer price books and records up to date
- Courier shipments
- Collections
- Organising export shipping
- Answering incoming calls
- Assisting with quotations
- Updating the database
- Building rapport with customers
- Price/stock queries
- Invoices and credit notes
- General administration
The software used on site is called SAGE, knowledge of this would be beneficial.
The role has the following fixed hours:
Mon - Thurs 13:00 - 17:00
Fri 11:30 - 15:30
