Weekend Call Handler
7.00am - 7.00pm
Hourly rate £11.80
Location; Waterloo
Ongoing- long term contract
Working for a leading Facilities Management company based in London, we are looking to recruit experienced Helpdesk Operators & Maintenance Planners.
Ideally you will have experience within a busy call centre environment, accepting incoming calls and scheduling based on order of priority & severity.
The calls you will be taking will be from within a maintenance environment, where you will be responsible for scheduling work orders on site to maintenance staff.
This role is extremely reactive, as you will be taking high priority emergency calls at times - so you must be able to work under pressure, use sound judgement to make decisions & be able to justify the scheduled order of works to be undertaken.
Ideally candidates with previous experience of PlanOn and/or Maximo would be greatly preferred.
Due to the nature of the contract requirements, you will also be required to go through a high level of security clearance, and offer of employment is dependent upon your clearance.
