My client are looking for an experienced resident liaison officer to join their rapidly growing maintenance team. The successful resident liaison officer will be joining a team who look after repairs and maintenance in social housing. The successful candidates duties will include:- Maintaining relationships with existing parts of the business
- Managing customer complaints
- Reporting on customer satisfaction
- Ensuring all objectives are met
Working hours for this role are 8am - 5pm and relevant experience is essential.
