Facilities Assistant
Location; Middleton Manchester
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Temp - Perm
£9.50ph ( £19,760 Annually)
Working for a large and well-established Facilities Maintenance Company. We are looking for a Facilities Assistant to join to exciting contract based in Manchester
Duties (not limited to)
- Minor building fabric repairs
- Minor decorating tasks
- Planned maintenance tasks as scheduled (fire alarm tests, water temperature recording, emergency lighting tests, meter readings etc) TRAINING PROVIDED
- Assisting with porterage duties
- Maintaining records
- Cleaning when required (loading dishwasher's/emptying bins)
- Delivering post throughout the building
