Based NW London
Start ASAP ongoing contract
Circa 20-25ph Ltd
Experienced Site Manager required for large housing maintenance contractor with work on various sites in NW London. Suitable candidates must have over 5 years of recent experience on external upgrades and be able to manage and push the existing employed labour and subcontractors to meet KPIs and deadlines. Suitable Site Manager must hold current SMSTS, CSCS and first aid certificates and a full UK driving licence.
