Lead Maintenance Engineer
Location; Borehamwood
Monday to Friday- 40 hours
Salary up to £40,000 per annum
Working for a well-established Facilities Maintenance company working on a critical portfolio based in Borehamwood, Looking for a Lead Maintenance Engineer to join their expanding team.
- To ensure that all equipment and services are maintained and operated in a safe condition to comply with Health & Safety
- Assisting/ advising/ managing a team of engineers
- Carry out P.P.M., service, test, diagnose, repair and calibrate advanced electrical and mechanical installations, plant and equipment
- Keep logs of inspection reports and remedial work
- Handling/ Managing Quotes
- Have working knowledge of statutory regulations and to ensure awareness of all safety procedures
- Report any defects
- Understand and complete all work related documentation accurately and on time
- Carry out work in a safe and diligent manner
- Undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required
Candidates must have a strong technical background and be computer literate with handling reports.
The successful applicant will be required to go through standard security clearance
