Maintenance Supervisor
Location; London Bridge and surrounding areas
Permanent - Full time
Working 40 hours a week
Salary up to £45,000 per annum (£21.63 per hr)
We are looking for and experienced Technical Maintenance Supervisor for our Multi-National Facilities management company based in London, working with two locations managing the self-delivery of all M&E services
The main duties for the Maintenance Supervisor (but not limited to):
- Lead a team of engineers to carry out PPM's/ reactive tasks
- Report and manage Timesheets/ overtime for managers authorisation
- Coordinate quotations.
- Carryout H&S safety audits
- Ensue all engineers PPE is up to date and safe.
- Ensure tool box talks are carried out.
Qualifications we would be looking for this role;
- City and Guilds or NVQ equivalent qualification for Mechanical or Electrical discipline
