Building Fabric Handyperson

Location- Dudley

Temp to Perm

Days - Monday Friday 40 hrs - up to £28,500 per annum

OR

Shift Rotation 0600-1500 / 1400-2300 / 2200-0700 up to £32,500 per annum

Recruiting on behalf of a multi-National established Facilities Management company on a Critical contract based in Dudley,

Duties for the Building Fabric Handyperson

  • To carry out planned fabric maintenance work
  • To carry out corrective fabric work
  • To carry out reactive fabric work
  • To carry out plumbing work Ensure compliance with contract KPIs and SLAs with the support of the Team Leader Assist with all related Health & Safety matters Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements at all times
  • To carry out any other reasonable tasks that may be required to support the account and the business in general
  • Qualifications
  • Hold a recognised Plumbing qualification Carpentry / building / general qualifications in building services Experience in a leisure/public venue environment

You will be required to go through security vetting if successful in the application process
