This opportunity to work in social housing as a Carpenter is due to growth, and the company are looking for a qualified mobile carpenter with their own van and tools to help the maintenance team grow and develop further.
As a Carpenter Multi Trader the duties you will encounter are;- Working on housing contracts.
- Domestic reactive and void carpentry maintenance.
- This Carpenter will have basic knowledge of other trades, i.e. Patch plaster, tiling, plumbing ect.
- Pre planned maintenance PPM.
- Working in occupied housing.
- 1st and 2nd fix carpentry.
