Mobile Commercial Plumbing and Heating Engineer
Location: Rugby & surrounding areas- VAN PROVIDED
Permanent
Salary; £25,000 - £31,000 per annum plus Productivity Bonus up to £400 p/month
Monday - Friday - 40 hrs (08:00- 17:00) plus call out
Urgently looking for an experienced Mobile Plumbing and Heating Engineer to deliver a highly professional, customer focused service for our FM Provider across a government multi-site contract in Rugby and Surrounding Areas
Duties
- The main focus of the PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) work will primarily focus on but not limited to the following types of works: Emergency lighting tests, tap temperatures, distribution board inspection, FCU maintenance and air handling units
- There will be a variety of reactive jobs which will stem out of the above but again not be limited to the above.
- Plumbing
- Working with Pumps, Motors & filters etc
Criteria
- Driving Licence
Gas
- NVQ Level 3 in Heating/Ventilation/Maintenance.
- COCN1 OR CODNCO1 (domestic to commercial changeover)- Essential.
- CORT1, TPCP1A, CIGA1, CDGA1, ICPN1- Desirable
AC/HVAC
- NVQ Level 3 in Air Conditioning/Maintenance- Essential.
- F Gas Qualification- Essential.
Plumbing
- NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing- .Essential.
Suitable training and up-skilling - May be given, as and when required
The successful candidate will be required to go through a level of security clearance.
