CCTV Operator (Temp to Perm)
LOCATION : Kingston
PAY : £10/ph
HOURS : 4 On Day, 2 Off / 4 on Night, 2 OffWe are actively searching for a CCTV Operator for a leading facility management company.
Essential :
- A valid SIA approved CCTV Operator & Door Supervisor Licence.
- A most recent DBS check
Duties & Responsibilities will include :
- Monitoring wide network of CCTV cameras
- To be able to patrol via view-screens and take appropriate action to events seen or informed about.
- At all times, maintaining confidentiality of all information obtained within the control room.
- To ensure security and cleanliness of the CCTV Control Centre and ensure equipment is always maintained satisfactorily.
- To carry out equipment checks, ensuring equipment is functioning correctly, reporting all faults in a correct manner.
- To communicate professionally with all internal units as well as external agencies.
- To remotely monitoring organisations car parks via CCTV & Intercom Help points and provide customer service and remote assistance to customers.
- To help conduct CCTV reviews
- To assist organisation's incidence team with any emergency situation
- To operate & respond to the organisation's Radio network.
