Planned Maintenance Coordinator
Location- East London - Stratford
Temp to perm/ Perm
Monday- Friday- 40 hrs per week
Salary £24,000- £30,000 per annum depending on experience
Working for a large and well-established Facilities Maintenance Company, within a local authority contract. We are looking for Planned Maintenance Coordinator to join their team.
Responsibilities- Planned Maintenance Coordinator;
- Responsible for the allocation/ booking and system completion of all Maintenance services Organisation and prioritisation of work schedules
- Liaising directly with client and suppliers to agree appointments and completion of works within SLA
- Daily management of service providers/contractors and in house resource
- To accurately record all information of servicing for compliance purposes, maintain certificates of completions and any paperwork associated.
- To monitor and update information to accurately maintain the asset list and schedules
- To monitor, action and escalate incidents as appropriate to achieve agreed service levels and to keep clients updated of status and progress of resolution
- To request service sheets from contractors and request quotes for works
- To identify and apply opportunities to develop maintenance schedules following cost saving initiatives
- To take action to keep up to date with changes to the contract and sharing information learned with the team
- Any other admin work which may be required
