Call Handler
Temp to perm
Location; Havant
£20,280 per annum
Monday - Friday 8am -5pm.
Looking for a Call Handler to work for a Maintenance company based in Havant.
As the Call Handler you're responsible for providing great customer service as well as being extremely organised and efficient.
Duties for the Call Handler may include;
- Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
- Logging jobs and allocating work to engineers
- Prioritising work as appropriate and efficiently
- Administration duties
- Keeping in house system up to date and monitored
