Helpdesk Operative
Contract - Full Time
London: Southwark SE1
Mon - Fri 08:00 - 17:00
Salary: Up to £12.50ph
Looking for a Helpdesk Operative to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance company based in Southwark on a commercial Local Authority contract.
As the Helpdesk Operative you're responsible for the planning, coordinating, and dispatching of Reactive Works, Raising Purchase Orders, completing work orders and adding log notes.
Duties for the Helpdesk Operative may include;
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Logging jobs and allocating work to engineers
- Dealing with queries and complaints quickly and efficiently
- Dealing with Invoices/ Raising purchase orders
- Preparing and submitting quotations and distributing reports.
- Chase quotes and input timesheets on a weekly basis.
- Ensuring any relevant calls are transferred to the relevant department/team
- Logging notes to internal systems
- Generic administration duties
