Commercial Gas Engineer
Up to £35,000 + optional callout + Van + PAYE benefits

Locations- Leeds and surrounding areas
Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer required for well established Facilities Management company with a wide range of high profile clients in the Leeds and Surrounding area. The suitable commercial gas engineer must have in date commercial ACS qualifications to service boilers up to 100kw and would ideally have qualifications for servicing refrigeration systems but this is not essential.
Main responsibilities for mobile Gas Engineer
- Provide a reactive and pro-active maintenance service within commercial properties
- Provide a multi-skilled maintenance service, which covers electrical and mechanical disciplines
- Carry out modifications and installations when required.
- Liaise with contractors or external suppliers where required and clearly communicate technical issues
- Conduct any additional maintenance tasks as requested by senior management
This client likes to promote from within and invest in training their own staff.
Requirements;
- NVQ Level 3 in Heating/Ventilation/Maintenance
- COCN1 OR CODNCO1 (domestic to commercial changeover)- Essential
- CORT1, TPCP1A, CIGA1, CDGA1, ICPN1- Desirable
The successful candidate will be required to go through a level of security clearance.
