Office Reading
Dealing with large portfolio in the South East of England- Kent/ Sussex
Salary £48,000- £51,500 + Car Allowance
Currently recruiting for an experienced FM Contract Manager for a prestigious contract managing the TFM for multi sites across the South East of England you will be leading and managing an integrated service team to provide a wide range of services, together with controlling costs and improving service, quality and growth of the contract.
Responsibilities/Duties for the successful Contract Manager include:
- Responsibility for Profit and Loss Financial Management
- Ensuring the delivery of Hard and Soft services
- Providing a management interface with the Client's Management Team, to jointly develop services and solutions
- Conform to Health, Safety and Environmental procedures
- Deliver projects to the customers' requirements, meeting specified timescales
- Managing and directly communicating with the Site Team
- Attending meetings with the Client Stakeholder Team
- Providing the Client with compliance data
- Supporting internal and external audits
- Producing monthly data and accounts for invoicing
- Collating WIP
- Other duties that may be requested within the scope of FM accountability
Desirably come from a technical background in Electrical or Mechanical bias
The successful Contract Manager would be experienced in dealing with a large portfolio,
