Complaints Manager
Location: Bristol
PAYING UP to £30,000- £35,000 per annum (plus generous company benefits)
Mon-Fri Role, 40HRS per week
Working for a reputable outsourcing service provider, we are currently looking for an experienced Complaints Manager within the customer service department take responsibly of solving of all escalations and queries to a high level of customer service
The MAIN DUTIES of the Complaints Manager will include:
- Ensure all complaints (written/ verbal) are logged and tracked efficiently
- Prioritise queries/ complaints and ensure are dealt with in a timely fashion
- Ensuring that all queries and complaints are resolved and documented for future developments
- Provide a HIGH level of customer service to suppliers, clients and workforce
- Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures
- Understand, identify and apply the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Identifying root issues and Training/ coaching team members
- Performance Reporting
- Promote customer feedback and surveys
