Weekend Customer Service Call Handler
Saturday AND Sunday
7.00am - 7.00pm
Hourly rate £11.80 per hour
Location; Southwark
Long term contract- ongoing
Working for a leading Facilities Management company based in London, we are looking to recruit a Weekend Customer Service Call Handler to assist on their weekend helpdesk
Ideally you will have experience within a busy call centre environment, accepting incoming calls and scheduling based on order of priority & severity.
Main Duties include:
- Planning and scheduling
- Data entry
- Call handling
- The calls you will be taking will be from within a maintenance environment, where you will be responsible for scheduling work orders on site to maintenance staff.
- This role is extremely reactive, as you will be taking high priority emergency calls at times
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must be able to use sound judgement to make decisions & be able to justify the scheduled order of works to be undertaken.
Due to the nature of the contract requirements, you will also be required to go through a high level of security clearance, and offer of employment is dependant upon your clearance.
