Maintenance Electrician

Location- Leeds

Permanent opportunity

Monday to Friday- 40 hrs

Salary; £26,000- £27,500 + Overtime + Company Benefits

Recruiting on behalf of a Multi-National established Facilities Management company on a Critical Commercial contract based in Leeds

The Maintenance Electrician will be carrying out PPM / reactive tasks and small electrical installations

Duties for the Maintenance Electrician

  • Work on PPMS reactive calls issued by the helpdesk
  • Good understanding of BMS controls, emergency lighting, fire alarms
  • Electrical fault finding
  • Asbestos awareness
  • Handling/ maintaining Generators
  • Flexible working hours and being on call
  • Maintain/ repair building fabric issues across the site

Qualifications

  • C&G PART 1 Electrical Installation
  • C&G PART 2 Electrical Domestic
  • C&G PART 3 Electrical Testing and Inspection
  • 17th/ 18th Edition Regs
