Voids Manager required for expanding housing maintenance specialist. Ideal candidates must have experience of working on housing voids contracts, quotations, post inspections, constant liaison with the client and senior management. The suitable voids Manager will also need to be able to manage subcontractors and a small team of direct trades operatives to push jobs along to completion on a 1 week turnaround.
This role is ideal for someone after a steady Mon-Fri.
