Senior Planner (Commercial Maintenance)
7:30am - 4:30pm

We are looking for an experienced Planner/Administrator based in the Basildon/Billericay area to join a rapidly expanding mechanical and electrical division of a medium sized maintenance and refurbishment specialist. This client has multiple sites mainly inside the M25 for some very prestigious contracts including listed buildings, local councils and high end private developers.
As a senior planner your day to day duties will include:- General admin
- Keeping computer data base up to date
- Support all staff direct or sub contractor
- Liaising with clients
- Dealing with all subcontractor/supplier issues
- Purchasing/buyer
- Resourcing manager
- PA to the director arranging diary and meetings
- Running all engineer's diaries
- Invoicing query's
