CMS are a successful, independent recruitment company based in Ashford, Surrey (near to Staines Upon Thames).
Working within a Diverse Recruitment team this role will involve a variety of involvement within ever changing projects. This role will require a confident individual who is able to multitask as every day is different !! You will sit at the heart of the team working to co-ordinate multiple recruitment campaigns at any one time. A day in the life example for this role could involve of mixture of all or anyone one these tasks -
Launching Job Adverts , calling applicants to assess an accurate shortlist based on clients requirements of Security Vetting and skill set / Conducting Vetting Checks via Virtual Video Conferencing / Conducting Pre-Interview Advice and CV writing / Utilising the Inhouse database and Search facility to identify and headhunt / Support current Contract supply with Queries and monthly availability Schedules / Validation of Right To Work Documentation , Trade Certifications , Licence Checks . As this role evolves you will be exposed to clients meetings , site visits and even begin to build your own clients !!!
If you have already worked within a Recruitment role In-house or Agency then this would be an advantage however we would also invite applications from anyone who feels that they have the previous experience and Qualities suitable for a role like this.
